I was on a materialistic path until a health crisis forced me to examine myself in my mid-thirties. I engaged in immersive investigation of spiritual traditions, human sciences, relational trauma, and the nature of consciousness and cosmos. In solitude, I forged a path of daily reflection. With trepidation, I followed my heart and instincts to let go of attachments, grieve many losses, and become authentic. Gradually, I witnessed inner transformation and my worldview changed accordingly.

I co-founded Hamachi Studio with my husband. We dwell on a mountain home studio in the Angeles forest to nurture compassionate self-inquiry and artistic-spiritual contemplation. Now, in the third trimester of life, I feel joy in creating works of beauty, sharing knowledge and wisdom, and cultivating loving relationships. I hope to be an encouraging presence to you as we cross paths.
